Quality management policy

To jump up to become a company leading the world-class die-casting industry, our company comprehends/complies with requirements of the interested parties including customers.
And, by applying these to product development and production activity, we attempt to implement contiuously the following quality management policies to provide with product and service that they satisfy customer's demand and expectation.

1. Based on ISO/TS 16949 that it is a standard of quality management, we should not only implement this system effectively and efficiently, but also aim at quality improvement, cost reduction, on-time delivery and growth of production by carrying out continuous VA/VE activities.
2. By giving a challenge drastically to the given assignment each employee wth the accumulated and high-leveled technical skills, We should give all of our heart and strength to develop and expand our company as global leader.
3. Through establishing a target of regular quality management, implementing it and evaluating the results periodically, we have to make all-out- efforts to achieve the above three(3) contents.
4. all of Worlcast have to figure out this quality management policy and faithfully implement the responsibility and authority defined on the manual. and, maximize a customer satisfaction by supplying a reliable and safe proruct in a timlely manner on the basis of an effective operation of quality management system.
